What is the Multiple Listing Service?
The MLS (Multiple Listing Service) is a computerized database which enables REALTORS® to display real property listing information, so that cooperating brokers, as well as the public, can view and evaluate listings.

What is Flat Fee MLS?
Flat Fee MLS is a term used to describe a practice in which REALTORS® list your home for a reduced commission. The REALTORS® will place a property for sale into the database of the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for flat fee as opposed to the long-standing practice of a commission based on the contract selling price. So, Sellers will get all of the same listing benefits for a fraction of the commission based on sales price approach.

Flat Fee Susie is an internet based flat fee listing mls listing service. Flat Fee Susie has developed a platform that gives its for sale by owner clients the ability to list their property on the MLS for a greatly reduced fee.

How Does Flat Fee Susie MLS Work?
The flat fee that you pay replaces the much higher traditional listing commission (usually 2 to 3% of the sales price) that you would pay if you were using a full service traditional listing agent. As a result, you can save up to 7% selling your property!

When Will My Listing Be Live on the MLS?
Your listing will be active within 24-48 hours of receiving all the required paperwork and photos.

How Do REALTORS® and Buyers Contact Me?
REALTORS® and Buyers will contact you, the Seller, directly with questions and offers as your contact information is input into the MLS in the private REALTORS® area for REALTORS®to see. The Seller’s contact information is also placed in the “Showing Instructions” of the MLS for REALTORS® to see. However, it is a violation of the MLS for a Seller’s contact information to be placed in the Public Remarks section or on Partner MLS Websites, so, all calls are directed to the Seller. Email inquiries are also forwarded to the Seller.

Will I have direct access to the MLS?
The Flat Fee MLS service that we provide states that you fill out forms so that a licensed REALTORS® can submit your property data into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). The MLS is only for REALTORS® to access therefor, sellers will not be granted direct computer access to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

How Do I Make Changes to My Listing or Hold Open Houses?
All change and open house advertising requests will be handled by your local listing agent.

Will my listing appear on Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, Trulia etc.?
Yes. All our plans include syndication to major websites, including Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, Trulia, Re/Max, and many more
