Flat Fee MLS Listing –
A flat fee listing is when an agent lists your home in the MLS (Realtor Multiple Listing Service Database) for a reduced or flat fee. Your listing will look like all other traditional listings online, you just save money by paying a flat fee.
MLS –
The MLS, (Realtor Multiple Listing Service Database, is the system agents input your listing in so other agents can see it locally. The MLS also syndicates your listing to 100’s of other websites like Redfin, Zillow, Realtor.com, and many more.
Showing Scheduling Service –
The showing scheduling service, ShowingTime, is used by agents to schedule showings on your listing. You as the seller then get a text, call or email to confirm, delcine or suggest an alternate time. This system also solicits feedback from the agents that show.
